F.A.R.M. Club August Newsletter

It’s with a heavy heart that I must say, our Club President  Jim Patterson’s wife, Carol, has passed. The arrangements are:   Mueller Funeral Home   6791 Tylersville Road  Mason, Ohio  45040. 
Visitation:  Friday August 19th  10am-11am     Service following visitation at 11am.  Burial at Spring Grove Cemetery.
 The F.A.R.M. Club show, Old Machinery Days, is just around the corner.  This year we are featuring Oliver, but all makes and colors are welcome! We will start setting up on Sunday, September 11th. If you would like to help with setup, please be at Oeders Lake at 2pm.
Our Club picnic will follow the set up at 5pm, at the showgrounds, not the picnic area. PLEASE BRING A SIDE DISH.  Lunchmeat trays, bread, chips, potato salad and drinks will be provided. Please contact Stephanie Rolke at 513-236-0854 or Steph217@fuse.net  if you plan on attending the picnic.
We are still accepting applications for the Jump Start Program. The deadline is August 31st.  Please contact Jim Hurst at 513-623-4183 or visit our website www.thefarmclub.org, for more information.
There is a tractor ride on August 27th in Carlisle, Ohio. The ride is 35 + miles long.  There will be a coffee stop, lunch and an ice cream stop at the end of the ride. Registration and line up is at 8 am. Business parkway off RT 123 across from Dairy Queen.  Cost is (day of the ride) $30 for tractor and driver, $12 for adult rider and $5 for a child rider. 
JUST A REMINDER, WE WILL BE HAVING CLUB MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL AT THE REGISTRATION TENT DURING OUR SHOW.
